We offer a tailormade one-year programme of on-the-job training leading to a post as a junior account manager in private or corporate banking. During this time, you’ll learn all the various aspects of banking under the guidance of a mentor. We’re looking for people with up to three years’ work experience who show a strong sense of drive and responsibility and are not afraid to take the initiative.
